The Queen’s Reading Room, the literary charity set up by Her Majesty Queen Camilla, held an event to announce the key findings from its first-ever study into the link between reading and wellbeing. Celebrities including Dame Joanna Lumley, Helena Bonham Carter, authors Harlan Coben, Sir Ian Rankin, Donna Tart, Ken Follett, Michael Dobbs and other literary figures gathered at Clarence House to hear Her Majesty Queen Camilla reveal the findings of a study commissioned by The Queen’s Reading Room.

Meanwhile, Camila has been praised for being a rock for both King Charles II and Prince William as the family rallies together since the heart-breaking health woes of both King Charles and Princess Catherine, after both senior royals were diagnosed with cancer.

Prince William is said to have ‘grown much closer to Queen Camilla’ and the pair have now formed a tight bond – despite the future King’s feelings towards her initially being “complicated”, a royal expert has revealed.
