Kim Kardashian is very supportive of her best friends, with the reality TV star swapping “tricks of the trade” with those closest to her.

The 43-year-old has managed to build a business empire worth $1.7billion (£1.3billion), with her ventures including shapewear brand SKIMS and skincare business SKNN BY KIM. While some people might expect Kim to keep all of her secrets for success to herself, her BFF Olivia Pierson has said otherwise.

TV personality Olivia has been very open about her struggles with adult acne and revealed she was helped by Kim, who she described as “very supportive”. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Olivia said: “She knows I was going through something and she’s very supportive.”

She added: “We talk about skincare all the time. She has her brand SKKN BY KIM, I’ve talked about products with her, told her what I was eating, kind of some tricks of the trade and she was like, ‘Oh let me know.’ So yeah, we always give our beauty things back and forth for sure, she’s the best.”

When Olivia first started focusing on how to overcome her acne problems, she came across Glow Beauty, founded by or by Katerina Grabic. The health and wellness brand uses homeopathic medicine to “reset” the gut in order to relieve symptoms.

And it wasn’t just Olivia’s skin that improved once she tried Glow’s gut reset technique. “I lost over 20 pounds which I was hanging onto with my bad diet and inflammation,” Olivia told us.

She also said her energy and iron levels improved. Olivia started noticing results almost immediately and explained: “It’s really fast. Because you’re not thinking how much junk you’re putting in in your day to day. So, for me it was quite fast.”

The TV personality admitted it was “wild” to hear people’s responses to her clear skin after using Glow Beauty. She said: “They’re saying, ‘You never looked better’. And I’m like, ‘What is happening?’ I mean I’ll take it, but they’re saying, ‘No you literally just have this glow’.”
