Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are facing plenty of growing pains early in the season after another blowout loss in Clark’s home debut the Fever were defeated 92-71 by the Connecticut Sun Clark scored 11 points on 4-14 shooting and had 7 turnovers in the loss the Fever are now 2-2 on the season and have struggled on defense allowing an average of 88 points per game Clark’s struggles were a surprise given her impressive start to the season but she was unable to find her rhythm against the Sun’s tough defense the Fever’s next game is against the Dallas Wings and they will look to get back on track against a weaker opponent the Fever need Clark to play well if they want to make a push for the playoffs.
